Danke. Ich glaube auch, dass das inférieur eher den Ort beschreibt., vor allem, da an anderer Stelle inférieur postérieur steht.

agree  Cornelia Mayer: Ich denke auch, es ist eine "geringfügige Nekrose" gemeint (das Zeichen für einen durchgemachten Infarkt), nicht: "Ansatz".

  -> Ich dachte auch erst an geringfügig, das klingt aber nicht korrekt. Ansatz war nur ein Gedanke, ist aber wohl falsch.
