"Séparé" habe ich bereits mit "getrennt lebend" übersetzt.

in einer Paarbeziehung mit getrennten Wohnsitzen

Geht das nicht etwas kürzer und eleganter?

disagree  Steffen Walter: Das ist missverständlich, denn "séparé(e)" bedeutet auch "getrennt/in Trennung lebend", bevor die Scheidung vollzogen ist (also rechtlich immer noch als Ehepaar)./Ja, aber damit setzt du "en couple vivant séparément" und "séparé(e)" gleich -> irreführend.
