S. angefügten Wikilink in Bezug auf den Plural von loyer. Ohne den Plural würde ich mit A.Heinrich gehen, da Mietveranlagung im ersten Satz weniger Sinn macht als die vorgeschlagene Vermietung.

Aus dem zweiten Satz kann ich mir momentan keinen Reim machen.

Da es etwas unklar ist, sei die Mietveranlagung als mögliche Option an dieser Stelle eingebracht

Asker: Ich weiß zwar nicht, wie Sie auf "... veranlagung" kommen, aber trotzdem mal danke Gegenstand ist eine größere Maschine. Der Plural ist meiner Meinung nach im Französischen nur schlampig ausgedrückt, um deutlich zu machen, dass da mehrere Leasingraten fließen werden.
