Asker: Wäre dann die folgende Interpretation dieses Satzes deiner Meinung nach richtig? Es gibt "Funktionsmängel" im Bereich des Qualitätsmanagements, die jedoch oft falsch verstanden werden und dazu führen, dass das QM als solches bewertet oder, was schlimmer ist, gar an den Pranger gestellt wird.
