Hallo! In meinem Text geht es um die digitale Transformation der Verwaltung. Damit diese gelingt, wird empfohlen: "conjuguer expertise technique et expertise d'usage".
Für "expertise d'usage" habe ich folgende schöne Erklärung gefunden: il s'agirait de reconnaître aux citoyens un statut d'« experts de leur quotidien

Ich habe bei meinen Recherchen bisher keinen entsprechenden deutschen Ausdruck gefunden.
