Biss haben Explanation: ... kommt natürlich letztlich auf den ganzen Satz an. "Biss haben" ist auch nicht so geläufig wie "avoir la gnaque". "Biss haben" verstehe ich jedenfalls als "Kampfgeist haben, hartnäckig sein, sein Ziel verfolgen".
