« Verveine Framboise »
Biscuit Amandes Framboise, Streuzel, mousse allégée Jivara, crème légère Verveine Citron, framboises semi confites, glaçage Jivara, *velours noir*.

Und hier die Definition:
"Velours noir" c'est en fait un aspect velours que l'on donne sur le dessus de la bûche. (soit on donne un aspect velours, soit on fait un glaçage...)
Cet effet velours est donné par une pulvérisation au pistolet, de la couverture noire.

Herzlichen Dank an alle auch an A_Walch und Cécile! So richtig überzeugt hat mich kein Vorschlag, deshalb nur 2 Punkte. Es ist in jedem Fall ein Überzug aus dunkler Kuvertüre, der aufgesprüht wird und so die "Veloursoptik" erzeugt.

agree  Nadine Kahn: Dann aber eher "mit Kakao BEstäubt". Oben auf dem Bild ist es wirklich gut zu sehen.
