French term or phrase: point d'accroche autoporté

Ich übersetze gerade die Anlage zu einem Pachtvertrag, in der die Ausstattung der verpachteten Räumlichkeiten (es geht um ein Restaurant) näher beschrieben wird.

Irgendwann tauchen "points d'accroche" mit dem Vermerk "autoporté" auf.

Leider handelt es sich um eine Auflistung ohne näheren Kontext... (Heizung - ja, Klimaanlage -nein, Behindertentoilette - ja etc.).

Was kann das sein?

Falls es hilft: In der nächsten Zeile steht "Point total d’accroche" mit dem Vermerk "selon étude"...
