Hallo,

ich bin mir hier nicht ganz sicher, was mit "tirée" gemeint ist. Werden die Latten aus der Wand genommen, um Lüftungsschlitze zu erhalten oder werden behelfsmäßig Latten an den Wänden angebracht, um die nicht vorhandenen Galerien zu ersetzen? Danke!

Comme le grenier, le raccard n’a pas d’accès direct, du type escalier ou échelle, car cela annulerait l’effet protecteur des piliers et des pierres. En façade, en l’absence de galeries, des lattes sont tirées pour permettre le séchage d’herbes fourragères liées en fascines : tiges de pommes de terre, de fèves, de pois, etc.
