boardroom
Explanation:
This room just has one big table (like a boardroom), so can't be re-arranged in other formats.
Of course, the big table can be used for business-type meetings or banqueting — but they are not offering 2 different choices; so I'd be inclined to put 'boardroom/banquet format' to make it clear that there is only one format with 2 possible names!

Here's what I was about to post, but Tony got there first :-)

"Pavé" refers to a type of seating arrangement for conference rooms known as "boardroom". I believe "board" duplicates "pavé" here and that "pavé board" is a single thing.

https://www.hotel-novotel-lehavre.com/fr/location-salle.html

https://seminaire-reunion.com/disposition-salle-reunion/
This document also defines other arrangements.

"Choosing the right seating arrangement for your event [...]
Alternative layouts include boardroom arrangements and classic classroom style plans. Our most popular seating configurations are shown below."
See the illustration just below this, showing "theatre style", "classroom", "boardroom style", "cabaret style" and "U-shaped".

I expect there are variations of the term, but this will serve, I think.

agree  Tony M: 'pave' refers to the fact that there is one big block of tables in the middle --- or as here, actually one huge table; hence why they can't re-arrange the seating

-> Yes, I presume that's where the name comes from. As you say, in a more flexible arrangement it might be several adjoining smaller tables making one big one.
