Article about Sardinia for a magazine.

I assume 'voluptueuses' here means 'qui procurent du plaisir', but I'm getting nowhere trying to find an adjective that fits.
I'll probably kick myself when I see your answers!

I particularly liked 'ravishing beaches', which I felt echoed the tone of 'voluptueuses'. There were plenty of other good suggestions though, which probably will work their way into other peoples translations in the future. I also toyed with using 'Sumptuous'. Many thanks to everyone for this great brainstorming session.
Cheers!

Or simply delightful?

This is the perfect relaxing holiday in a working Sardinian village. There is a little sign of the tourist other than during the height of the season in late July and August. With delightful beaches only a 10 minute drive away it is a sun seekers paradise.

I think "rolling" goes more with hills... but we do talk about wide beaches.

sexy beaches

Explanation:
Maybe you could just go straight for the idea here, rather than an accurate translation. As these articles show, Sardinia is seen as having "sexy" beaches.

Example sentence(s):
  • "Surfing towards the high cliffs… is pure adrenaline that makes this beach sexy"
  • "One of the world's sexiest beaches: Caprera Island, Sardinia, Italy"

Explanation:
Colin Rowe suggested this one within his suggestion for "sumptuous," but I think it deserves more attention. "Seductive" hits on all the qualities we're trying to nail down here... sexy, sultry, alluring...

sumptuous beaches

Explanation:
One of many sumptuous possibilities!

"Sumptuous beaches, sumptuous hotels, sumptuous seas… Playacar is perfect if you're longing for a little extra cosseting on the Yucatan Peninsula."

"luxurious beaches" would be another option.

--------------------------------------------------

A couple more:

"Sardinia has some of the Mediterranean's most seductive beaches."

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/travel/destination/italy/sardinia...

or the slightly more prosaic, but extremely frequent "stunning beaches"

(103.000 Google hits)

Another option, alluded to by a couple of answerers, but not actually suggested explicitly, would be "alluring beaches" which also googles well.
