This is he seller declaring that there exist no easements not stated in the contract:

"qu'à sa connaissance, il n'en existe pas d'autres que celles résultant le cas échéant de l'acte, de la situation naturelle et environnementale des lieux et de l'urbanisme"

I can see what it says, but I don't know the best wording, and also how to integrate it.
