French term or phrase: portables au domicile
Hello.
I'm in a terrible rush (what's new?!) and I need to understand the following term in able to translate it:
I think that it means that the rent and additional charges are considered payable at the address of the Lessor or its representative, but I need to be sure.
Any help or suggestions would be very gratefully received, thanks in advance for helping this poor stressed soul :)

Reference: Portable / Quérable

Reference information:
