French term or phrase: une cession de certificat
The below paragraph is from a document titled "Reglement des disciplines" from the Fédération Fraçaise Cynophile Sportive:

Chapitre 2.

My question is, could this be a spelling mistake, should it say *session* de certificat? Depending on whether or not it is a mistake in the source text, I have included translation options below:

Translation: However, dogs must be at least 6 months of age to apply to "enter an assessment session for the certificate" OR "to be eligible for the award of an Obejump certificate".

Thanks for any advice!

une session de certificat
taking a test for the certificate / arranging a test for the certificate

Explanation:
only "une session" [a session = time and place agreed for the purpose of conducting the obedience test] makes ANY sense.

neutral  writeaway: 100% with no refs -just the dbox discussion? /no it's very obviously a typo. but I've never heard of a dog taking a test for a certificate.

-> what about RealWorld v1.0? even 6 months is very early for any kind of test => "_c_ession" of what? Of a certificate obtained by the previous dog handler?? obtained for another dog?? Can you dream up ANY even vaguely plausible scenario with "cession"???
