could you post the full context info with all the abbreviations like S.A., PLC, Ltd, taking out only the name of this company.
It doesn't make much sense to put the fiscal regime in the footer of a letter template - it's a matter of concern to no third party. It might be in the ST a code-word for something else - a way of saying "we a big company".
The implication of "régime réel normal" is that the accounts of the company are fully audited - that may be what they want to stress, and that is<i/> a matter of concern to any third party potentially involved.
