French term or phrase: contresens voulus
There is no single word in Englsih for "contresens" so I'm not sure how to turn this:
"Et puis, tout néo, tout beau, revoilà le vélo dans des couloirs aménagés, des ***contresens voulus***, des espaces privilégiés."

English translation:deliberate counterflow bike lanes
Explanation:
not sure if this is the best translation but it means that in some one-way streets, cyclists are allowed to ride the wrong way, in other words against the flow of traffic. Quite stupid and scary in my book but some daft soul thought he or she had a bright idea!
