mountain scooter Explanation: you can see a picture of the trottin'herbe in the site cited below; but I have not been able to find the term in English. I made it up on the assumption that trottinette is a scooter in English, and thinking of mountain bikes. Never seen it in Canada. grass scooter Explanation: From a brochure: "Grass-scooter / Trottin' herbe Go down hill, this scooter has big tires, it is super ! and you can take the lift to go up again." This seems to be a new sport you practice on a slope on the grass. Compare the two websites in French and in English: http://www.meribel.net/esport-f.htm http://www.meribel.net/esport-a.htm Reference: http://www.latania.com/activite-ete-uk.html Reference: http://www.meribel.net/eroues-a.htm |
