Heads the 2nd column of an answer grid which follows the question:

Quelle est LA raison principale qui vous inciterait à vous informer davantage sur l’alimentation. UNE SEULE RÉPONSE POSSIBLE. TENDRE LISTE REPONSES

1st column is the list of possible answers. I should have said that in both this case and my previous question there is a list of nºs in the column in consecutive order which looks like a code for the surveyor to enter that corresponds to a particular answer. "MR" is another variation on the theme earlier in the same questionnaire.
