financial force (or strength) Explanation: having lived in Quebec I know how the bilingual phrases are positioned alongside each other and they are almost invariably similar in language. Well "force"in English has the same wordplay as in French meaning a team of people and strength so I think it could be safely used to match the French side. http://www.oxforddictionaries.com/definition/english/force Otherwise you would have to use something like clout or dynamism etc. which doesn't include the "team" element. Perhaps financial "strength" might work, as in the strength of our company lies in its workforce and ability/expertise etc |
