(the lungs) are uniformly aerated Explanation: The chest x-ray is normal. "Homogenous ventilation" is not idiomatic in English. He is essentially saying that there are no patches of consolidation or other abnormalities creating "inhomogeneities" in the lung fields. The lungs are clear. |
