Après une phase de compensation spontanée, ou thérapeutique, la surcharge cardiaque aboutit à la défaillance cardiaque. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov › articles › PMC5949916 Traduire cette page de WS Aronow - 2018 - Cité 6 fois - Autres articles 30 juin 2017 - Iron overload cardiomyopathy is defined as systolic or diastolic cardiac dysfunction caused by increased deposition of iron and emerging as an important cause of congestive heart failure because of the increased incidence of this disorder seen in thalassemic patients and in patients with hereditary hemochromatosis [1]. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 21 minutes (2019-11-02 19:17:15 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- https://www.em-consulte.com › article › references de O Ernst - Cité 1 fois - Autres articles 618-625 - Surcharge en fer d'origine hématologique : validation d'une procédure de dépistage de la surcharge cardiaque par IRM en routine clinique ... |

When the heart weakens, blood flow returning to the heart slows down, backing up in the veins and causing fluid to build up in the tissues. The kidneys also are affected by heart failure, which results in a less efficient elimination of sodium and water. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 41 mins (2019-11-02 19:37:19 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- or hypervolemia https://patient.info › Haematology › Professional Articles 20 Aug 2019 - Fluid Overload is more fluid than the heart can effectively cope with. ... -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 32 mins (2019-11-02 19:28:33 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- https://www.ahajournals.org › doi › full › CIRCHEARTFAILURE.115.002922 by WL Miller - 2016 - Cited by 34 - Related articles 19 Jul 2016 - Volume overload and fluid congestion remain primary issues for patients with chronic heart failure.
