unconjugated bilirubin Explanation: Based on Liz's find, I think it must be bilirubine non-conjuguée: "La bilirubine non conjuguée (libre ou indirecte) est transportée par l'albumine jusqu'au foie où elle est conjuguée, principalement à l'acide glucuronique. La bilirubine conjuguée est alors sécrétée dans les canalicules biliaires, puis atteint l'intestin grêle.
