Otherwise a lovely document on environmental science, with a beastly section on sensitivity analysis for complex modelling techniques:

Des efforts ont déjà été faits en ce sens, notamment la prise en compte d’informations locales pour construire des surfaces de réponse stochastiques de type (co)-krigeage (Chilés et al., 1999 ; Santner et al., 2003), ou processus gaussiens sous contrainte linéaire (Marrel et al., 2012). Des indices de sensibilité moyennant les informations de type gradient sur la loi des entrées ont également été définis (Sobol & Gresham, 1995 ; indices DGSM dans Sobol & Kucherenko, 2009). Cette approche est particulièrement intéressante lorsqu’on dispose de l’adjoint du modèle, puisqu’alors son coût devient indépendant de la dimension.

The Kudoz glossary gives "arrival distribution" for "loi des entrees" but I can find no source for this claim, and neither do I know how to fit it in with the rest of the phrase.

Depends on one's point of view, of course. I'd incline more to "a beastly document on environmental science, but with a lovely section on sensitivity analysis for complex modelling techniques" :-)
