French to English translations [Non-PRO]
Tech/Engineering - Materials (Plastics, Ceramics, etc.) / food packaging
French term or phrase: Liaisons

"La conception

-Auto-desk simulation MOLDFLOW et MECHANICAL
-Liaisons CFAO Prototype et construction outillages
-Confidentialité pour vos projets de créations"

"CFAO" according to iATE is la "conception assistée par ordinateur/fabrication assistée par ordinateur" which translates as "computer-aided design/computer-aided manufacturing"

this is for a large food packaging company

Can anyone understand what is meant by "liaisons" in this context please?

Thank you

agree  Tony M: Yes, though probably CFAO links between protoype and construction tooling — i.e. how it changes when you go into production proper.
