Explanation:
It literally means "strapped in leather", but obviously that doesn't work in the context. What you use depends vastly on what the chair looks like. If it consists of a frame covered in leather, then I'd use "encased". If it is soft, i.e. upholstered, then you could use something like "upholstered in luxurious leather".

agree  Kate Collyer: If this is the case, I'd go for 'with/of woven leather straps" / The leather itself is not woven, the straps are though. Interwoven if you prefer.
