This is from a judgment relating to alleged infringement of a well-known mark. I'm having trouble with the technical terms in this sentence ("couronnement béton" and "plaque de fonte") as there is not much information to go on in the rest of the document as to what they refer to. Without stating the name of the company, their website shows that they manufacture, among other things, access covers/gratings and frames. Could these terms be referring to these?

"fonte" usually refers to iron rather than to any other metal. If the co. makes grilles, etc, such a thing could well be a manhole cover or some such.
