An ex parte application for a search and seizure warrant asks for the Bailiff to be accompanied by:

tout photographe pour prendre toutes photographies et/ou vidéos qui pourraient s'avérer utiles à la réalisation de ses opérations de saisie, les tirages photographiques et vidéos réalisés étant destinés à être joints à la copie du procès-verbal de saisie, remis au saisi, mais pouvant ne lui être adressés qu'après clôture desdits procès-verbaux si les épreuves photographiques ou vidéos devaient ne pas être disponibles durant les opérations de saisie

I understand it all up to the final phrase, which appears to make the "pouvant ne lui etre adresses" into a conditional event but what that condition comprises is beyond my ken...

...si les épreuves photographiques ou vidéos devaient ne pas être disponibles durant les opérations de saisie

les épreuves photographiques = prints of the photos taken during the raid, NOT the negatives/original recordings, same for videos - only copies would be given.
=>
... should it not be possible to give [photographic] prints or videos at the time of [the raid] / i.e. immediately after it's finished.


Bailiffs are certainly not going to hand over the original videos/photos but copies - it might not be practicable do make digital copies or paper prints immediately when the confiscation is finished, so the possibility if left to do it later.
