This particular paragraph is setting out the penalties for which the party which by liable should they breach an agreement, here is further context:

Simultanément, il lui était fait défense de poursuivre l’importation, la détention et la commercialisation des modèles griffés des marques contrefaisantes sous astreinte de 100 € par produit à compter de la signification du jugement, ladite astreinte courant pendant 6 mois.

I'm struggling with the last part of the last sentence, particularly "courant" does it mean that the penalty will be applicable for 6 months, or that it will accrue over 6 months?

Any tips much appreciated!
