I am confused about the meaning of "composition" in this statement from a court.

Context:
Cependant, dans son arrêt du 9 novembre 2012, la Cour a réformé le jugement sur ce point et réservé « les dépens et les demandes formées au titre de l’article 700 du code de procédure civile » ayant considéré que « la décision rendue étant une décision mixte qui ne met pas fin à l’instance » (p.21). Elle a également dit « qu’à la suite du dépôt du rapport de l’expert au greffe du tribunal de commerce, les parties seront invitées à conclure devant ce tribunal en lecture de ce rapport (…) » (p.23) après avoir relevé que « constatant que la désignation de l’expert ne pouvait être ordonnée qu’avant dire droit sur l’appréciation des demandes en paiement de xxxxx et que le tribunal de commerce ne pouvait vider sa saisine en laissant à la partie la plus diligente le soin de le ressaisir à défaut de composition entre elle (…) »
