French term or phrase: Pour fruit
Hi! I was reading this court decision and came across this expression. Out of curiosity, I wanted to know what it means, but for the last 2 hours, I have not been able to find the meaning nor find the expression in any legal document. It is a petition for the return of children abducted by one of the parents and taken out of their national territory. At the end of the petitioner's list of actions to be taken by the court, comes this statement
"Pour fruit,

then

"Infirmer cette décision,"

What could be the meaning of "Pour fruit" all the more as the next statement "Infirmer cette décision," means "to overrule this decision"?

agree  AllegroTrans: Yes this is the effective meaning. You could crib a more usual English legal style perhaps and use something like "And accordingly"
