French term or phrase: ceux qui la ressentent, l'éprouvent ou l'expriment
Me again,

Looking for some help now on nuancing these three verbs into something more english sounding than what I can achieve. I'll ost the whole para for context. If anyone can help I'd be really grateful, stress of this translation is making me ill.

Si une telle insécurité est étroitement liée à la situation économique et sociale de ceux qui la ressentent, l'éprouvent ou l'expriment, elle porte en revanche sur des éléments qui sont d'une autre nature, des éléments «culturels», en ce qu'ils sont associés aux modes de vie ou à la religion par exemple.

English translation:feel it, are affected by it, or talk about it
Explanation:
I suspect the "Si" at the beginning of the sentence (where it means 'whereas', not 'if') is derailing efforts to extract the meaning. It helps to split it into two sentences.

Such insecurity is intimately linked to the socio-economic circumstances of those who feel it, are affected by it, or talk about it. Nevertheless, it hinges on factors of a quite different nature; ‘cultural’ factors, associated with lifestyles or religion, for example.
