Hi all,

I'm translating a prospectus update for a mutual fund from French into English and I am not 100% sure about one phrase. Please see below for context:

'Les souscriptions sont effectuées en millièmes de part ou en montant libellé en devise de la part considérée. Les rachats sont effectués en millièmes de part. Les souscriptions et les rachats sont recevables en millièmes de parts.'

Is the translation as simple as 'Subscriptions and redemptions are acceptable when carried out in thousandths of units.' or is it something else?

Yes, it means investments and redemptions are accepted in thousandths of units. However, I think I would reword it as stated.

Note: although the French has "souscriptions", we don't really use "subscriptions" in an investment context. It just means new investments in the fund.
