It usually refers to commission sharing arrangements – in this case, the SICAV agrees to share commission with qualified investors holding fund units on behalf of third parties. There are a number of ways of translating "indemnités" (e.g. "allowances" is a common one), but in context, I would say the most likely interpretation is that it's talking about some kind of fee. Personally, I don't think "Payment of..." is absolutely necessary in English. You could say "payment of shared commission and fees" if you really want to, but I would tend to just go with "Commission sharing and fees". |
