disagree  Tony M: Would be confusing here / Yes, but the whole trouble is, EN normally uses 'ISP' for 'FAI', so you can't also use it for 'PSI', which is Asker's whole problem here. ('IAP' is much less common in EN.)

I quite understand your problem here, since you clearly can't use 'ISP' for two different things.

You may be able to research something using that clue about YouTube, but this (AFAIK) made-up term might be one solution to consider.

The whole problem is that EN traditionally has not made the difference between 'access' and 'services'; so historically, we refer to Internet Service Providers (= ISP) for what FR more accurately (and with hindsight!) refers to as FAI (= access providers).

This historical situation now means that with the arrival of a new type of 'over-the-internet' service provider, we are a bit stuck for a term to use!

Unfortunately, IAP is not universally used, so there is no way we can 'force' people to understand IAP and ISP as different things.
