"Ainsi qu’il est précisé sous la rubrique 6 « Traitement déclaré » du formulaire de déclaration, le traitement a pour objectif de recueillir auprès des différentes catégories d’Abonnés"

This is in reference to the CNIL law:

"La loi "Informatique et Libertés" du 6 janvier 1978 modifiée par la loi du 6 août 2004 encadre la mise en oeuvre des fichiers ou des traitements de données à caractère personnel qu’ils soient automatisés ou manuels.
Les responsables de ces fichiers ou traitements ont des obligations."

Is this a "Processing Declaration."? or a "Data Processing Declaration," or something else. If anyone knows if there is an official or semi-offical translation that would be great.
