In other words, the whole thing could be either a manager of standard e-mails/e-mail templates, or a "standard e-mail manager" (with "manager", I assume, being a software application). |

Form/stock e-mail manager Explanation: Despite Rob's good point, I am pretty sure this is what it is. Publishing houses send out a lot of form letters so it's not unreasonable that on on-line version would send out a lot of stock e-mails. |
