neutral  B D Finch: "Mass média"? "Antennes" are radio stations. I'm involved in a regular broadcast from our local radio station and that's how we refer to the station on air.//Field dispensaries are not "mass média" & your "antenne" seem to be outreach clinics.

  -> There can be one word "Antenne" to name things entirely different in one language, you know.

agree  nweatherdon: not 110% sure here, but I am fairly sure target audiences will correctly understand this. Field offices would be kind of like the idea I was thinking, but maybe not necessarily quite so formally. One person could check many areas, for example.
