Possibly, yes, if antenne here means "antenne d'accueil médicale", i.e. medical unit. But my feeling is that medical unit personnel are unlikely to have enough time and resources to monitor the broadcast media, which is a very time-consuming activity. On the other hand, broadcast/transmission reports from radio/TV stations are precise about the air time devoted to the activity and are a reliable indicator of what has been broadcast. How many people actually listen to or watch the broadcasts is, of course, another matter.

If you were to find out how and how much a broadcasting station raises public awareness would you read reports from the broadcasting source or from the receiving end ? That's the question isn't it ?

Thanks. Useful to know. But here, this particular exercise is to monitor how and how much the mass media raise public awareness of the campaign, so I think that we're talking about broadcast media stations after all.

Watch out for an entire different meaning of "antenne" here, that of "antennes sur le terrain", in which case "rapport d'antenne" could be some "field office report". There is a monitoring exercise on the impact of a "disease control campaign", which may provide for local offices to forward their respective reports to headquarters on the outreach work conducted via the mass media.

I don't know either way, but I'm thinking of maps I've seen to show media coverage in markets with TV, radio, etc., and I think they often have some sort of consumer feedback process. This makes me think of something very different from a surveillance sort of thing. It could be 30 min randomly twice a week to see how many spots they get at different times of day (if not specified) or it could be focus groups on what people thought used together with precise knowledge on who watched what when where. ?
