Tony M: That wouldn't be very natural... and would also be open to an almost counter-sense interpretation: a cold-hearted person is someone who is hard and unfeeling / In German yes; but not in EN, as you are suggesting; 'cold heart' has a quite specific meaning

-> but, on the other hand, I am cold can also mean Ich friere because of the low temperature. in the present case, it is the context which should make the meaning clear.
