You'll probably get a much more natural turn of phrase in English if you express the first part with a noun, thus: " ... is a criminal offence..." Unfortunately, you have got hold of thewrong end of the stick for "domaines". It has no geographical meaning here, bt is rather referring to domains in the sense of areas, fields, domains of work, study law, whatever. |
