"positive faith" or "faith-based" Explanation: If this relates to Olivier Bilé's political philosophy (founder of the Union pour la Fraternité et la Prospérité, Cameroon) as set out in his 2011 essay "Le temps du Foyisme politique : Réalisons le rêve camerounais", then I would suggest translating is as "positive faith" or "faith-based" leaving the quote marks and making some reference to Bilé. Perhaps you could incorporate the idea of spiritual renewal somewhere in the target text. Example sentence(s):
