French to English translations [PRO]

French term or phrase: déjeuner de calage
Heard here (https://www.franceculture.fr/emissions/journal-de-8-h/journa... this morning (at 1.49 minute into the recording).

I think they're referring to this: Action de caler* (2.), de fixer, d'étayer avec une cale ou de monter avec précision (une pièce). (Le Grand Robert de la langue française) and that they mean that the French president is making sure every one is on the same wavelength.

I'm just wondering how you would say this in British English.

This is just for fun (if you've got time to spare) and I prefer not to have to award points, but I'm interested to read what you think.
