French term or phrase: prestataire SS2I informatique
Digital marketing website advertising its many services. This is found in their "website development" services:

[the company's motto]..."...s’adresse particulièrement à ceux qui sont dans cette phase de transition sensible ou qui recherche un prestataire SS2I informatique qui saura les accompagner dans leur déploiement web."

I cannot find anything online regarding SS2I. Maybe this will be obvious to some, but I don't want to have to leave it in French before finding out if there is a more common term used English.

IT services provider
Explanation:
SS2I is another way of saying SSII, a 'société de services et d'ingéniérie informatique'. The way it's built into the sentence is a little confusing because it's immediately followed by another 'informatique'. The use of SSII is also fairly outdated, with most companies wanting to include the digital aspect of an ESN these days. However, as SSII is clearly used here, translate it as an 'IT services provider' or an 'IT and computer services provider'.

agree  philgoddard: Your reference doesn't appear specifically to mention SS2I, but here's one that does, in the first paragraph: http://www.devenir-informaticien.com/ssii.html Also, "IT and computer services" is a tautology.
