French term or phrase: PROPRIÉTÉ ACCUEILLANTE
I'm translating a website for a company providing housekeeping/cleaning services. I'm trying to think of a nice, succinct way of translating PROPRIÉTÉ ACCUEILLANTE as the title of a service being offered in the following passage:

My tentative 'working title' is "WELCOME-READY PREPARATION", but that's simply something I invented. I'm wondering if we have a specific term for this kind of service in English.

Any help much appreciated :-)

A spotless welcome
Explanation:
I think the word 'spotless' would be good in this context.

neutral  Daryo: what they offer in fact is far more than the usual "cleaning", more a job of a "housekeeper" - so "spotless" is a secondary element. // the key point is in "a pleasant place to stay"

(a) welcoming home

Explanation:
Or a literal translation "welcoming property" as this term is used in many property rental ads.

An impeccable welcome

Explanation:
Looking at the style of the rest of the text, I can't help feeling this would fit well here — you want the whole place to be 'impeccable' before the guests arrive.
Clearly more viable in EN than 'welcoming impeccableness'! And I think 'impeccable' is a more marketing term — after all, it is hardly a selling point to expect that the palce would be at least 'clean'! And 'impeccable' covers all the other things besides, like the stocked fridge, made beds, and mown lawn.

1 hr
  -> Thanks, Carol!

neutral  Nicole Acher: I agree with the "welcome" part, but what about the translation for "propriete" which is part of the term?
6 hrs
-> I think this is a copywriting exercise rather than word-for-word slavishly literal translation; we can't really use 'property' in the same way in EN, it doesn't at all have the same 'feel' as in FR: tends to imply large / standing (not just a 'bien')

agree  Daryo: that's the idea - all small details ironed out to make it pleasant to stay in - far more than just "spotless clean"
9 hrs
-> Thanks, Daryo! Yes, I think the use of 'impeccable' emphasizes the 'quality' of the results achieved.

agree  Lucy Galbraith: This sounds like appropriate marketing lingo to me — covering the cleaning and comfort aspects, and sounding quite snappy.
20 hrs
-> Thanks, Lucy! That's exactly the way I see it too.

Welcome home!

Explanation:
Based on the description of the services, this is the idea that they want to convey. After the construction or moving mess the property is so well arranged and clean that it becomes appealing again, and you feel at home.

A SPOTLESS HOMESTAY

Explanation:
The entire text explains the services of the housekeeping company. The company is addressing to a landlord.
It also suggests me two main points:

1) "Tidy" of course but also a place to stay (a unit, apartment, a house perhaps) but not a hotel.
For exemple :
".........ou pour accueillir d’autres personnes."
2) and at another point :

I wonder who's "Vous" here? A paying guest… No. I think it's not a paying guest.

So I think there must be a solution that should cover Housekeeping, stay, and property all in two words: "spotless homestay".

neutral  Tony M: My concern here is that it seems to address more the 'cleaning up after leaving' aspect — leaving your home spotless; otherwise, there is an implied opposition to 'come and stay in a dirty hovel'!

agree  Tony M: Ah right, now with proper context, we can see which way round this is; so it is absentee owners returning to their "holiday home", in which case, this makes sense.
