you CAN find the website in question - I simply don't want to publish it - they may not want to advertise *yet* they are going to start targeting English speaking clients.

I agree there was not very much context, more of the leadup to the extract would be helpful, or a description of what the blank part represents, eg "XXX" is it the name of a company? After-hours drinking club? A new policy?

and if you take a close look, they don't seem much interested in "budding / potential" entrepreneurs, nor they are in the business of bringing together "des entrepreneurs dans l’âme" and "entrepreneurs dans les faits".

In fact, les "entrepreneurs dans l’âme et dans les faits" is about the people running the company - they are talking of themselves, namely "réunit" is preceded by the name of the company, and they are in the business of giving advice, not gathering their clients together.

The idea being "we are best placed for advising "les entrepreneurs" because we ourselves have that mentality and that experience (implied: we are not your run-of-the-mill beancounters or advisers who have nor the real-life experience nor the right mentality ... as you would expect to find in a [self-]promoting material)

I understand that you can't simply post the name of the client, but without the full context it's all too easy to go side-ways, cross-ways and any other wrong way ...

I think Kevin has hit the nail on the head — we often say someone "is a plumber by trade, but an artist at heart"

What I'd like to be more sure about is if this is "bringing together" 2 different groups of people: those who would like to be entrepreneurs but are not AND those who actually are (this is what I suspect it means); OR a single group of people, who not only have it in their hearts, but are also actually doing it.
