'désenclavement'. Something which is 'enclavé' is isolated, cut off. Reading both terms together, it seems to me clear that the road requires more than just resurfacing. That is why I have used the term 'access road' for "route de désencalvement" as without this road, there is no access. 'Permit' is often used in UK English for 'aithorisation' but I not be shocked by the term 'authorisation' here. |
