neutral  Charles Davis: Nice in itself but I think what he wants to market here is a type of cuisine, a "school". / Well, "cuisine for the senses" is not bad, but it's just a translation. I'd still read it as a mode of cooking.

  -> Maybe. Mine is just an option. I think that I'd prefer to use "la" or "une" rather than the pronoun "sa" if it referred to a school, though, or at least say "his unique style of xxx school..."
