French term or phrase: transversaux
Is "transveraux" being used in a figurative sense as in "overarching principles"??

dans son plan stratégique à moyen terme ;
• Le respect des cadres légaux par une démarche active de conformité ;
selon des modalités appropriées à chaque classe d’actifs ;
réalisés ;
les représentants de XXX ;

Explanation:
Maybe a possibility. Found some references on the web to the term one of which is listed. A long shot on my part, but I thought worth suggesting.

Reference

Reference information:
today this term is fashionable in France. It means something like "connecting all the departments" or even 'interdisciplinary"; they use it to mean that things will no longer work as separate discrete entities, but all together. In this case, I might try something like 'across the board' but it means "things that apply to everyone/ all departments...

Note to reference poster
Asker: Cynthia, thanks. That was kind of my gut sense on this. I had come up with "overarching" but didn't feel comfortable with its lack of "intersection" in the word.
