New money claims Explanation: I think the term is the same -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 29 mins (2009-03-22 10:40:18 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Im not hugely familiar with economics, but is i think it is something to do with Past Due Interest Bonds and claims on existing resources...I have seen 'new money claims' (and 'new-money claims') used in a development context.
