If the rate of heating and cooling is carefully controlled, you could use the term "kiln drying", but ovens typically have a lower temperature range, which is what you would want here.

neutral  Tony M: Definitely NOT 'curing' — that's a different technical process; but 'drying' is OK, though it sounds a bit silly saying 'dried using a drying process'; I think 'kiln-drying might be a better way to go. 'Steaming' isn't a standard drying process either.
