French term or phrase: Reprogrammation recettes de fabrication
This appears in some kind of tech spec document in a section entitled "Dialogue Hommes-Machines" as an example for a turn switch ("bouton tournant") operated by a key ("à serrure"); other examples in the same list include "sélection mode de marche" and "accès à des commandes dangereuses" which are more self-explanatory.

I might have said "manufacturing process", but I find definitions for that referring to the linear progression of operations, rather than all the "ingredients" of the process. It also seems to be closely related to manufacturing software, so the language is probably that of
youngsters not showing the same respect for linguistic formalities that an old fart like me might.

In manufacturing, a RECIPE is a set of instructions or steps needed to operate a machine, combine ingredients or raw materials in a certain way and in certain ratios, or otherwise process the materials to achieve the desired end product. Regardless of how complex or simple the manufacturing environment, whether discrete, process or batch, it is common to have a long list of
component parts or ingredients, many pieces of equipment and hundreds of steps to follow before the end product is considered complete.
Some manufacturing lines even switch frequently between different products; some require elaborate equipment cleaning protocols to be followed between batches; and most execute multiple batches on a given day – all of which must be coordinated.
Common Features of a RECIPE Management System
 RECIPE versioning.
 RECIPE archiving.
 Allocation of equipment.
 Automation of RECIPE procedures.
 Product variant control between similar products.
 Generation of material flow, execution and quality data for production records.

What Are the Benefits of a RECIPE Management System?
RECIPES are required for a production process to run. The right RECIPE can mean the difference between producing a compliant good on the one hand, and increased production costs and delays caused by rework, scrap and reduced throughput on the other.
The right recipe management system can help coordinate the readiness
and interaction of machinery, materials, workers and procedures in order
to execute the recipe and achieve the end product as efficiently as possible.

Every component at Detroit Gun Works (DGW) has a defined and proven process, or “RECIPE.” This concept is derived from our parent company, Central Screw Products (CSP), where we establish recipes for entire global supply chains. Our RECIPES are distinct to every product we produce and are designed to provide unique value to our customers. Developing a RECIPE for a product in the firearms industry posed a challenge. The products don’t change
often, and many don’t change at all (the venerable M1911 and AR-15 rifles, for
example). The technology evolves, but the OEM product remains largely the same. DGW had to examine its AR-15 Lower Receiver manufacturing process to identify an innovative RECIPE that could stand out in the industry and maximize customer value... The new RECIPE has already provided considerable cycle time savings that we look to expand more in the coming months.

We consider the problem of choosing the number and type of machines for each station in a new production line where the sequence of processes (i.e., MANUFACTURING RECIPE) has already been established. We formulate a model to minimize cost (investment plus operating) subject to constraints on throughput and cycle time.
